Bonus Terms and Conditions
When receiving our bonus promotions, you will automatically be bound by certain terms and conditions.
Each individual promotion will come with its own set of specific significant terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms and Conditions for bonuses. These specific terms and conditions shall have priority over the General terms and conditions and any other policy and/or promotion, and in case of any discrepancy between those two sets of rules, the Specific ones will prevail.
These Casino Terms and Conditions also apply to any special events, promotional offers, and affiliate programs.
1. General Bonus Rules
To be eligible for bonuses, players must have a valid and verified real-money account.
We reserve the right to limit eligibility for any bonus to one per computer, family, household address, or email address, or impose other limits on bonuses in cases of accounts or gameplay originating from environments where computers or Internet services are shared (e.g. university campuses, hotels, workplaces, etc.)
Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Bonus Terms, no bonus may be used in combination with any other bonus.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at a time of our choosing to revoke bonuses or any parts thereof.
We may, at our sole discretion, amend or modify the terms of any bonus or promotion.
In case we detected, in our sole discretion, that a player is acting in bad faith and /or is acting or trying to act in bad faith in connection to our any promotion/bonus, we have an absolute right terminate a player’s account and/or withhold funds in a player’s account, in addition to our right to forfeit any bonus/promotion awarded and winnings as well.
2. Bonus types
2.1 FreddyVegas grants you a great Welcome Bonus of 100% up to 500€.
Only for Players who have not yet made their first deposit.
Welcome bonus available for 24 hours starting from the day it has been granted , after which it expires.
The maximum bet that can be placed is 10% of the initial bonus or not exceeding 5 Euro per single round.
Wagering can be only done in slots.
Maximum possible payout is 10x the initial bonus amount.
Minimum wagering requirements are 60x the initial bonus amount.
All requirements must be fulfilled prior to making a withdrawal, including promotion wagering requirements.
2.2 Free bonuses and Free Spins
• In the event that you have received a free bonus (a No Deposit Bonus), the payout is limited to 10x the bonus amount. To verify your account and claim your winnings, a deposit must be made in the last 60 days or within 30 days after the claimed winnings. All currently offered deposit methods, except PaySafe, can be used to verify your account. All remaining free bonus winnings (requested to be withdrawn and/or remain in balance) exceeding maximum amount granted for payout will be waived.

2.3 Exclusions
Players from following countries are excluded from all and any free bonus offers, sign-up bonus, no-deposit free spins offered with games and bonuses, free bonus-money, and all and any affiliate(s) related bonus and free spins offer:
Bulgaria, all countries outside the European Union, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain.
This exclusion is valid for those players who never made a deposit and or did not make a deposit in the last 30 days. If a group of games is not available for you, FreddyVegas may decide at its own discretion to exchange the free spins for another game.
3. How to clear a bonus
You can clear your bonus for withdrawal by placing bets on any game type at FreddyVegas. Win or lose, the amount wagered will be automatically deducted from the minimum wager requirement. Once the wagering requirement has been satisfied, you may withdraw the bonus amount and all bonus winnings.
4. Minimum bet conditions
4.1 Casino and games
A minimum wager requirement is applied to bonuses. The minimum bet requirement for a 100% bonus is 30x the bonus and deposit amount (unless otherwise stated). The minimum bet requirement for a bonus lower than 100% or in excess of the 100% is 60x the bonus amount. Each bet placed will reduce your minimum wager requirement.
Only slot machine games, Keno, Bingo, and Scratch card games reduce your wager requirement (WR) at a 1 to 1 ratio. This means that your WR drops by 100% of the value of the bet placed. The WR reduces for different games as follows:
Slot games: 100%
Video Poker: 15%
Roulette, live and table games: 10%
All other games: 20%
Sportsbook (explained below): 100%*
The minimum wagering requirements for a Free Spin campaign (No Deposit Free Spin and/or Deposit Free Spin campaign) is 60x the value of your Free Spin winnings.

4.2 Sportsbook*
The terms and conditions for any bonus are to be read in connection with any terms specific to such bonus (the “Specific Bonus Terms”).
In the event of a conflict/discrepancy between this Bonus Policy and the Specific Bonus Terms, the Specific Bonus Terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to refuse any wager at any time, from any player, without cause.

Conforming to our general Terms and Conditions, should these occasions occur, we will have the right to forfeit any winnings gained from abusive accounts and close those accounts across all the brands within our group.
These Terms and Conditions also cover any special events, promotional offers, and affiliate programs whose offers may vary from the promotions on-site.
Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirements associated with a promotion are satisfied.
Players must fulfil a bonus’ Wagering Requirements prior to a date specified in the Specific Terms of such bonus (the “Expiry Date”). If the Wagering Requirements are not satisfied before the Expiry Date, bonus funds and any winnings generated from the wagering of such bonus funds will be forfeited
Neither we, nor any of our affiliates, shall be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any promotion or any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the player, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellation

If granted, your bonus and winning will be forfeited.
All real money in your account will remain and is withdrawable.
Restrictions
Welcome Bonus is eligible per person, account, household, residence, address (but not a PO Box or business address), internet connection (+IP address), computer, mobile device, and payment method (e.g. specific credit card or bank account)
Welcome Bonus non-transferable and non-refundable.
Welcome bonus is ruled by our General T &C as well.
We can cancel the Welcome bonus if awarded in error.
We can make changes or cancel any bonus promotions at any time.
The Welcome bonus cannot be combined with other promotions.
4.4 MAKING A BET
A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and shows in the player account bet history.
Once a bet has been accepted, it will remain valid and cannot be withdrawn by the player.
4.5 BET CANCELLATION
We the right to declare a bet void, totally or partially, in the following cases:
- Any bet settled with the odds of 1.00 (evens)
- Bets have been offered, placed, and/or accepted in error
- Bets placed during website technical faults
- A result has been affected by direct or indirect criminal actions
- A public announcement has occurred that significantly alters the odds of the bet
- Bet placed at an incorrect price due to delayed or failing ‘Live’ coverage
- Bets placed on odds that represented a score other than the actual one
Our General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policy and rulebook apply.
5. What you should know
5.1 If you wish to withdraw a bonus amount without having met the minimum wager requirements, you may choose a partial amount and the remainder of your balance will be set to zero. This is not reversible.
5.2 Bonus amounts and winnings are valid for 24 hours, from the day of claiming. If you have not met the conditions of the bonus within this time or made a partial withdrawal, the bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 Not all game types count 100% to the minimum wager requirements, see above for an overview of each game type.
5.4 A player does not have to receive a bonus. If you feel that a bonus has been credited to your account accidentally, you will need to contact our support team before placing any bets on the bonus amount. The bonus and conditions will then be withdrawn.
5.5 If it is decided that a player or group is abusing a bonus, FreddyVegas reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and conditions or close the player account without providing a reason.
5.6 Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the User’s starting balance (deposit plus bonus) or a maximum of €8 per round and 50 Cent per line, until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, is not permitted. This would also apply to any game feature where the total price exceeds 8 EUR.
5.7 All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and consequences may be dealt with without prior warning.
5.8 FreddyVegas reserves the right to cancel or change the terms and conditions of a bonus at any time.
5.9 Wagering requirements and balances are given in the player lobby. This depends on the records received from the game providers and is meant as an indication only. In rare cases, the amounts shown may differ from actual bets made. When a payout request is made, the correct levels will be verified and a valid determination of your wager requirements and remaining amounts can be made.
