1) Before you start

  • You’ll need a real-money account that’s verified.

  • We may limit a bonus to one per person/household/IP/device/email/payment method and to prevent shared-location abuse (e.g., campuses, hotels, workplaces).

  • Some games aren’t available in every region. If you get Free Spins for a blocked game, ask Support and we’ll swap for a fair alternative.

2) How bonuses work (plain and simple)

  • Your Real Money and Bonus Money are kept separate.

  • Spending order while a bonus is active: Real Money → Bonus Money.

  • Until you finish wagering: Bonus Money + any winnings from it are locked (not withdrawable).

  • Finish the wagering and whatever’s left in Bonus Money moves to Real Money—free to withdraw.

  • If you withdraw early, cancel, or let a bonus expire, the bonus and winnings from it can be removed.

  • You can cancel a bonus anytime (your Real Money stays yours).

  • Expiry: unless stated otherwise, a claimed bonus expires after 30 days.

3) One bonus at a time (unless we say you can stack)

  • By default it’s one active bonus at a time.

  • If a promotion allows combining bonuses, its Specific Terms will explain how they stack and in what order.

4) Wagering—at a glance

  • Unless stated otherwise:

    • Bonuses up to 100%: 40× the bonus amount

    • Bonuses 101% or more: 45× the bonus amount

  • Game contribution to wagering:

  • Slots: 100%

  • Video Poker: 15%

  • Roulette, Live & Table games: 10%

  • All other games: 20%

  • Some games are excluded from bonus wagering; bets on excluded games don’t count and may cause bonus removal.

  • Max bet while wagering: €5 or equivalent in other currencies per spin/round/hand (unless a promo sets a lower cap).

  • If a promo requires a qualifying deposit, it usually must be one single transaction.

5) Bonus types (what to expect)

Welcome Bonus

  • Once per new player, chosen at sign-up or as stated in the promo.

  • All conditions must be met before you can withdraw.

Deposit Bonuses

  • A % match on your qualifying deposit.

  • Standard wagering applies unless stated otherwise.

Deposit Spins

  • Free Spins on a named slot; default value €0.10 or equivalnet in other currencies unless stated.

  • Winnings from Deposit Spins: 40× wagering unless stated otherwise.

Real-Money Offers

  • No extra wagering—just 1× turnover before withdrawal (unless the promo says different).

Cashback (Money-Back)

  • A % back on net losses over a set period, often capped.

  • May need to be claimed and usually has a 1× turnover unless stated otherwise.

Free Bonuses (No-Deposit)

  • Max withdrawable: 10× the bonus amount.

  • To verify and claim, you must make a deposit within 30–60 days (promo specifies the exact window).

  • Anything above the cap is forfeited.

Free Spins (No-Deposit)

  • Max withdrawable: €50 or equivalent in other currencies.

  • As with no-deposit bonuses, a deposit within 30–60 days is required to verify and claim; amounts above the cap are forfeited.

6) Getting help & fixing hiccups

  • Bonuses usually credit automatically; if not, contact Support.

  • If something credits in error, we’ll correct the balance and related transactions.

7) Fair play (what not to do)

  • We may remove bonuses/winnings and take action if terms are broken or abuse is detected, including:

    • Multiple/duplicate accounts, bonus hunting/arbitrage, collusion

    • Minimal-risk or hedged wagering patterns

    • Technical exploits or manipulating gameplay (e.g., saving bonus features to trigger after switching back to cash play)

  • If we believe a promo is being abused or something seems off, we can withhold, suspend, or cancel it.

8) Changes & what counts if rules clash

  • We may update or pause promotions but won’t apply material changes retroactively to already-accepted bonuses unless required.
