1. Introduction & acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Spinoleague 2026 (“Spinoleague”), a cross-platform tournament hosted by participating casinos (“Casinos”).

1.2 By participating and pressing “OK” in the tournament pop-up, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted:

• these Terms;
• the rules and information presented in the tournament tool; and
• any additional tournament-related terms imposed by the hosting Casino.

1.3 Each Casino undertakes to present these Terms and all related tournament information to its players.

1.4 If information conflicts:

• the rules displayed in the in-game tournament tool take precedence over these Terms; and
• the English version of these Terms takes precedence over other language versions.

2. Eligibility & participating games

2.1 Spinoleague is available during real-money play only.

2.2 No additional deposits, fees or costs are required to participate.

2.3 Participation is subject to your jurisdiction, the Casino’s discretion, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 Spinomenal’s slot portfolio, including new releases, participates except for:

• games on the promotion’s exclusion list; and
• 1 Reel games.

2.5 Each participating player receives a unique tournament round ID per currency. Changing currency during Spinoleague may reset your leaderboard progress.

2.6 Where required by law, you may choose not to participate by pressing “decline”.

3. Tournament rounds & prize pools

3.1 Spinoleague is divided into multiple rounds. Check the tournament tool for the current round schedule and timings.

3.2 Each round has its own maximum prize pool and a defined number of winning positions sharing that pool, as displayed in the tournament tool.

3.3 The aggregate maximum network prize pool for the entire Spinoleague promotion is EUR 16,000,000.

3.4 At the end of each round, the leaderboard resets for the next round.

4. Points & score calculation

4.1 Points are calculated using the following formula:

For example, a qualifying €1 wager with a €10 win awards 10 points.

4.2 Only completed spins or bets qualify for points and leaderboard placement.

4.3 Spins played using Casino-awarded free spins do not qualify for points or leaderboard placement.

4.4 During Buy Feature / Buy Bonus gameplay:

• all awarded spins are treated as one bet;
• the wagered amount is the feature or bonus purchase price; and
• the amount won is the total win from that feature.

4.5 Spinomenal or Casinos may run additional promotional activities that award extra points under their own specific terms.

5. Qualifying bets & scoring limits

5.1 Each round has a minimum qualifying bet per spin, displayed in the tournament tool.

5.2 Some or all rounds may limit the number of bets that count towards your leaderboard score. Bets beyond the limit shown in the tournament tool do not count towards that score.

6. Leaderboard placement & ties

6.1 Your rank appears on the leaderboard once you reach the qualifying score shown in the tournament tool.

6.2 If two or more players finish a round with the same number of points, the player who reached that score first ranks higher.

7. Prizes & payment times

7.1 Prize distribution for each round is displayed in the tournament tool.

7.2 Spinoleague prizes may be paid in a money equivalent and have no wagering requirements.

7.3 Prizes for players wagering in cryptocurrencies are displayed in EUR and paid by the Casino under its payment terms.

7.4 Casinos are solely responsible for paying prizes within 96 hours after accepting the tournament results provided by Spinomenal, excluding applicable bank holidays.

8. Optional Prize Multiplier Wheel

8.1 After a round ends, players eligible for a leaderboard prize may receive an option to use the Prize Multiplier Wheel for a chance to increase that prize.

8.2 The wheel is available only when:

• you are eligible for a tournament prize;
• you access it within the eligibility window shown, during the 24 hours after the round ends;
• your jurisdiction permits it; and
• the Casino has enabled it.

8.4 The outcome is randomly determined when you spin. It is final, irreversible and cannot be repeated.

8.5 If you do not use the wheel, or it is unavailable, you receive the original round prize for which you qualified.

9. Technical issues & fair play

9.1 Malfunctions, technical errors or communication failures may void pays and plays.

9.2 Spinomenal may suspend players, disqualify results or adjust leaderboard scores where it reasonably suspects unlawful conduct or exploitative gaming.

10. Changes, suspension & termination

10.1 Spinomenal may modify, suspend or terminate Spinoleague or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

10.2 Continuing to participate after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.3 Spinomenal may stop Spinoleague indefinitely and without paying prizes where it reasonably believes continuing would cause harm to Spinomenal, players or Casinos.

11. Casino responsibilities

11.1 Casinos are solely responsible for:

• paying prizes;
• handling player claims related to Spinoleague; and
• meeting local regulatory and consumer-protection obligations.

11.2 Spinomenal cannot detect whether wagers use bonus funds or real money. Restrictions on bonus funds are applied by the Casino where applicable.
